Jill A. Matarese

Jill A. Matarese joined Global Securitization Services, LLC (“GSS”) in July 2006. She currently manages a large number of structured finance transactions across various asset classes and focuses primarily on Delaware-domiciled special purpose vehicles (“SPVs”) and real estate assets.  Mrs. Matarese’s extensive experience in structured finance enables GSS to address its clients’ questions and concerns on numerous issues related to their structures.  Fortune 1000 companies have selected Mrs. Matarese to serve as an independent director for their SPV subsidiaries established to finance commercial real estate, energy infrastructure and many classes of financial assets.

Prior to joining GSS, Mrs. Matarese spent six and a half years at Lord Securities Corporation as an Assistant Treasurer where she was responsible for the oversight and management of a wide array of asset-backed finance related transactions. 

Mrs. Matarese received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Marketing Management from Kean University in 2000.  She lives with her family in Port Monmouth, New Jersey.
