Damian A. Perez

Senior Vice President – Conduit Treasury Director

Damian A. Perez joined Global Securitization Services, LLC (“GSS”) in December 2002.  He oversees the treasury management functions for the firm’s commercial paper administration platform, including daily monitoring of all asset and liability settlements, reviewing all external payments, and managing all client relationships.

Before joining GSS, Mr. Perez was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, managing audit engagements in the Real Estate and Hotel Industry.  Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen, LLP focusing primarily on the financial markets industry and working on the audit of public and private companies in the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Asset Management industries. 

Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Minor in Management Information/Decision-Solving Systems from the University at Delaware in 2000 and obtained his New York Certified Public Accountant license in 2002.  He lives with his family in Wading River, New York.
