Angelo Clementi

Vice President – Financial Reporting Manager

Angelo Clementi joined Global Securitization Services, LLC (“GSS”) in October 2002.  He supervises the financial statement reporting of asset-backed commercial paper programs administered by GSS and is responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of periodic and annual audited financial reports for these programs. Mr. Clementi currently serves as independent director for numerous special purpose vehicles within the structured finance industry.

Before joining GSS, Mr. Clementi spent over three years at Credit Lyonnais Rouse (USA) Limited where he was Financial Controller and Compliance Officer.  His responsibilities included preparation and submission of all financial statements and regulatory reports while ensuring the firm remained compliant with all governing agencies.

Mr. Clementi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University in 1987 and received an M.B.A from St. John’s University in 1993.  He obtained his New York Certified Public Accountant license in 1998 and is member of the New York Society of Public Accountants.  Mr. Clementi lives with his family in Somerville, New Jersey.
